• Volunteering is a BLAST! Get your friends together and volunteer as a group or meet new friends with each sale!
  
• Volunteers receive a PRESALE PASS to shop first before the public!
  
• Consignors who volunteer can earn up to 70% on their sales.

• Volunteer 6 hours ~ VIP Shop at 4:30 pm ~ earn 70% of sales
• Volunteer 3 hours ~ VIP Shop at 5pm ~ earn 65% of sales 
• Consignors with no volunteer hours ~ VIP Shop at 5:00pm ~ earn 60% of sale

What will I do as a Back To The Rack volunteer?
Drop Off & Set-up:

• Assemble racking and unload trailers (light weight items)
• Assist consignors during check in
• Prepare and organize items for the sale
• Transport items to the sale floor

Sale Hours:

• Direct shoppers
• Manage fitting room areas
• Organize and restock the sales floor
• Assist with check out

Take Down & Pick up:

• Sort unsold items
• Bag donated items for pick up
• Assist consignors at pick up
• Organize and pack sale supplies
• Break down racking

Can’t volunteer, but want to earn additional commission?
We recognize not everyone is available to volunteer during our sale hours so we also provide the following volunteer options…

Qualify for one three-hour volunteer shift by doing any of the following:

• Distribute flyers or post cards to businesses from our list of recommended businesses (such as salons, coffee shops, day cares, doctor’s offices, restaurants, spas, etc).
• Hand out flyers at specific events.
• Enlist your hubby or brother to help with our MAN SHIFTS, these shifts require extra muscle and power tool use during our set up and take down shifts!
• Bring in $25 value of food and/or beverages to feed our volunteers during the sale!  Limited availability- please contact us to participate.

• Feature our sale in multiple community or club newsletters, business listing or link on a web page, minimum of three listings/features.

Volunteer Rules:

• Back To The Rack does require that all volunteers fulfill their obligation to work their shifts. If volunteers do not fulfill their obligation, future participation will be suspended.  
• We know circumstances arise and we will take those into consideration.
• Volunteers must be on time and fulfill the entire shift in order to attend the presale.
• Please do not ask us to hold or purchase items before the presale. We must be fair and consistent to all our volunteers.
• Please keep phone cell usage at a minimum. Please no texting and excessive phone calls.
• Please DO NOT bring your children to volunteer with you.
• Please understand that these rules have been created in an effort to maintain a smoothly run and reputable sale.
